19M 6’3. Sophomore in college

Wake up: 9:30-10:30

Morning supps
Gorilla Mind- Multivitamin
collagen Peptides
Creatine

10:30-10:50
Cold Shower
(Dermatologist top 5 recommended products)
Morning SPF Moisturizer
Face Wash
Scrub 2x weekly
Caffeine Serum
Castor Oil
Brush my lips and use Vaseline

11:00-11:45
25-40 minutes of faster Cardio

11:55-12:20
Breakfast- (I mog tf out of everyone in my college Dining Hall after fasted cardio, I can’t believe I’ve ascended to the point where Stacey’s come up to me) - 11:50
16 Eggs
Bacon
surplus at 3,400 calories right now (idc that bulking is cope I wanna bench 315 😂)

Classes 12:30-4:30
In between 10 minutes
Bagel with Cream cheese

4:30-5:00
Meal
Ham and Lettuce wrap (extra ham)
Double Cheeseburger
Broccoli
5-6 Nap/Relaxation

6:00-7:00 Gym (doing Chest/Tris tmr)

7:00-8:00 Homework (I also have become unconscious with mewing and do it during all activities)

8:00-9:00 another clean Meal

9:00-10:00 Browse .org

10-11:30 Homework/Ben Felix financial advice videos

11:30-12.
Skin care- Same as morning but no Caffine Serum and Nightly Moisturizer
Cold shower

12-301:30 Phone (I need to fix this please teach me how with realistic information)

So yeah, please just feel free to recommend things, I’ve wanted to learn more about facial stretching/exersizes and also red light therapy or Tretinoin alternatives that’s softer on skin but just gives a glow. Also a solution to less time on my phone and more motivation.

i’ve tried full scale timed out routines like these. they don’t work, give it two weeks. just do what u feel like doing bro no point in torturing yourself

MCo beauty Glow Boost vit C serum with niacinamide
Cerave Moisturising lotion
Neutrogena ultra-sheet fluid spf 50

PM
Body shop cleansing oil
Cerave foaming cleanser
Serum - M,W,F: Bondi sands hero oil
Tu, Sa: tretinoin from skinorac
Th, Su: : TO glycolic acid toner
HA
Cerave moisturising lotion M,W,F
LRP cicaplast Baumé

Thank you for the reply, I am currently using these skin care products morning/night. Begining retinol then will move to tret, seeing minor breakouts/redness with retinol which I didn’t have before, just purging?

Do you think I will need to switch to Tret or just see how retinol is? So far my skin has a glass appearance and looks great but would Tret only multiply this? I’ve heard a lot about the fag glow.

Yes, I think so but it varies from person to person. Anyways OTC retinols are very less effective compared to prescription trets so better you can shift it. But start with the lowest dosage and see how your skin reacts.

I have gotten better financial advice on Org than my fucking college. My portfolio is up 24% this year 😂

Why would I stop talking creatine? I drink 2 gallons of water usually.

Fast forward 24 days and all my acne/water retention went away and I kept my gains, also now mixing collegen peptides with my coffee in the morning, use it as pre workout as well.
