With a syringe and inject it from inside the cheek, locate the stenson duct and inject at the cheek area around there. This is so you dont hit a nerve with the syringe

Some nerves will demyelinate so you may experience some side effects. Knowing where your vessels and nerves are is paramount. Def take before and after pics in the same lighting and everything.

I’ve tried it just before pneumo s thread and kabelline almost 1 year ago and I really dont know how much each one work
