For breakfast I had a greek yogurt bowl with coco powder(unsweetened), honey, peanut butter, and i also had a protein shake. For lunch I had 16 oz of ground beef and 4oz of corn. For dinner I had a 6oz steak, half an avacado, 2 eggs, greek yogurt, 10gs of protein worth of protein powder, and a fairlife 42g protein shake.
