breakfast
4 eggs, 1/4 cup of mozarella fat free cheese
half of a protein bar

lunch
1 cup raw milk
6 slices of ham
sushi (raw fish but has shit rice but wtv)

dinner
1 tbsp butter
1 cup raw milk
2 slices of grain sludge (sourdough bread)

2000 cals, like 130g protein i think idk
10k steps as well ofc
