Proof provided in the guide with pictures of myself. Pre ascension included aswell.
So, this all started when I was 13 years old, I was fucking chopped and borderline subhuman, heres what I did and what you should do aswell if you want to look better.
First started with mewing (no shit) but I believe it has really helped me. Now, lets get into the real shit
Start with gym celling. Go to the gym 4 days a week, I do the upper/lower split, 2 leg days and 2 upper body days.
Supplement Stack
Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc
Creatine
Ashwagandha (optional its mid)
Boron
D3 and K2
Collagen
Exercises:
Chin tucking, neck stretches you can do thumbpulling and zygo pulling which are things I did at one point, but I dont do it anymore.
Do sprints for HGH boost or really any extremely fast paced cardio, if you think sprints are akward to do just do jumprope sprints, its basically the same shit.
Eat a diet that consists of natural foods, heres a list of what I eat and drink below:
Milk, Red Meat, Eggs, Fruit, Organic Rice, Honey, Black Coffee, (Occasional Redbulls), thats literally all you need.
EAT YOUR CARBS, CARNIVORES AND RAW MILK DRINKERS ARE INBREDS
also used to eat royal jelly, a teaspoon a day was pretty nice.
Extra things I did:
Changed my hair style to hide my bulbous fucking forehead, im basically ehren 2.0
Eyebrow dye and derma stamping hairline
Eyelash Serum
Started tretinoin (had acne 6 months later after pre ascension picture)
Volufiline on my chin, smile lines, undereyes
Volufiline on my upper eyelids (experimental, not sure if it worked)
For skin I wash my face in the shower in the morning, then just moisturize with beef tallow and then sunscreen on my face and neck.
Try to aim for 10K steps a day, not sure what it was for but uh it does something
Quite literally all looksmaxxing is, is just improving your health, health = looks.
