I'm not racist and I agree that ppl shouldn't be treated differently because of their skin colour. But can't these hypocrites see that they treat people differently on their appearance, yet no one talks about that.

Imo it's a far larger problem how ugly men are treated by society than how black people are treated by a small minority of racist people. They can't do anything about their skin colour, we can't do anything about our appearance (naturally). So people should be talking about this problem more.

There's a difference between favoritism and racism. Yes I do agree that we will have preferences in regards to our social circle and so on, but I believe we can have a future were racism and actual prejudice is not longer a thing. Let's take this situation as an example (in the future): you are white employer that interviews people for your company, you interview a black person, ofc your brains tells you to be suspicious because you have a favoritism to employ white people, but you ignore this and proceed to do a good unbiased analysis of the black individual accomplishments; you reach the conclusion that he's good on what he does and therefore it is an advantageous thing to hire him. No racism was present, but favoritism, that might take a long time to go away, at least in evolutionary time scales.

Imo racism can disappear, but the favoritism we exhibit might take a long time (in the order of thousands of millennia) because that's how long it would take for all humans to look the same.
