I break my fast always with eggs!!!
Here’s how my meals usually look like to keep me full for the day
(FYI I’m in eu so we don’t get our meat poisoned here like in the U.S)
500g of chicken or either beef (depends what day)
4 cooked eggs with yolk still runny and egg whites dry and crispy. Salted + peppered + garlic too
A slice of raw ginger
2 dates with a tb spoon of raw honey and a tb spoon of bee pollen (per date) and sprinkled with cinnamon.
Then I eat a banana, sometimes 2 kiwis instead of banana.
1 cup of pomegranate juice,
1 liter of raw milk.
I’m full of energy and I keep my self in a caloric defecit and and also when I come back from gym.
Tell me if this is a shitty meal plan. What to add or remove
