I make one of these every so often to keep myself in check… it’s not looking great
Breakfast: nothing bc I’m a lazy fat fuck who woke up at 745

Yummy, 6 eggs, 1lbs beef, some high protein milk, little bit of butter, 1.5L water
Dinner…… this was bad
Yea idk what happened there to be honest
Anyways I don’t know what to do now
