Breakfast:

2breads with cheese, thin chicken slices and 3egss. 2glass of water + 5g of creatine.
Lunch:

Dinner:
Chicken soup like this for like 1 full bowl. And leftovers of some small amount of pasta and like 2meatballs.

you cant expect someone to be able to answer this bc u didn't put any calories our your current height and weight, (or just maintenance calories +surplus). I mean if it does meet what you have to eat for the day to gain muscle then its pretty good foods other than the protein shake and the probably super processed pizza

This was less than what i normally eat, i felt weak as fuck in the gym today

i think it's about 2k cals 60g protein 80g carbs something like that

maintenance is 2400 for you jfl. kinda ironic that you need to eat more. but ig it's fine since you said you eat more usually. 200 calories proficit might be enough

it's barely 1L of water you need to drink much more. why take creatine if you drink 1L? bump it up to 3L at least

The quality of your skin also depends on the amount of water you drink; you are missing out on a lot. for example, I hardly use skincare products, but my skin is in relatively good condition

pizza is not 1k calories but 800(depends on ingredients but wtv) and u ate 70% of it. ~500 cals. and im not sure if chat gpt provides u with correct info. so yeah it might be somewhere between 2.000 and 2.800
