Nope if you eat McDonald’s every day it improves metabolic function and you will burn through calories like crazy. This needs to be done with a workout regimen though not sedentary

find one that looks similar to you, maybe similar pheno or face shape etc

look at common features they thirst over: frame, eyebrows/eyelashes, messy longer hair, tattoos etc etc

then softmaxx towards this appeal and you'll see that women find you more attractive/approachable
