For clear skin (my recommendations from order of efficacy, highest to lowest): Accutane > Tretinoin > 200,000 IU Retinol capsules/day
For dark spots: Tranexamic acid + sunscreen.

Get accutane and a topical retinol. Buy some moisturizer
