1. Banish all Niggers to Africa
They love to complain muh raism so lets just send them back to where they came from. Not to mention the murder rate would drop since 54% of murders are caused by niggers. I would also send mulattos back as well since there parents are race traitors. In order not to be sent back you have to be at least 75% white 25% black
