TLDR: The creator of the material universe is an idiotic being known as the Demiurge or Yaldabaoth. He created the material universe as an attempt to replicate the splendor of the infinite immaterial oneness. Unfortunately he was not able to do so and the beings he created, humans, carry a spark of the infinite and thus hold a fragment of the infinite perfection. He is mad at humans and thus does its upmost to guarantee they stay in the material realm by shackling them through desire and suffering. I might have gotten some things wrong so if any more schizo user comes across this I hope he will add on or correct if I god anything wrong. It's like a 2000+ year old religion with many sects that both jews, muslims and christians tried to eradicate.

Yeah, its very similar to buddhism and concepts like nirvana and maya. To escape the material realm you gotta reach an advanced level of spiritual discipline and detachment known as gnosis, the thing though is that much like buddha nature it's a subjective state that no one can truly guide you towards. You can only reach it through your own meditation and conclusions regarding the material and spiritual.
I recommend studying buddhist meditative techniques because they are the most step by step things you can find regarding the subject.
