what if i do rhinoplasty and make my midface appear “smaller” by making my nostrills apear shorter and then also philtrum will be long but then do a lips lift to make my lower face appear longer and also philtrum is fixed

yeah i get it, you can do alarplasty i think, but your nose suits well your midface, as you said shortening your nosetip might fuck your philtrum and chin/lips ratio

yes it might fuck ratios but after that if i do lip pulling surgery i think it will kinda “fix” ratios
