What if I only did isolations for leg day

Hypothetically speaking you would still grow but

I hate squats and deadlifts it feels so fucking useless

I only do abs+ neck + cardio on the days I’m supposed to hit legs
 
In fact I don’t even have a leg day I do extensions on one day and leg curls the other day
