I know what I need to do and after I maxx it (gonnga take me like 2-3 years) there won't be anything to improve on. What if that is not enough for ascension? Just the thought of it makes me feel pain and agony. Idk how to cope anymore

Bruh depending on how bad your scenario is before surgery will influence how good it is after surgery.

If you're very unattarctive now then obviously you'll not turn into some slayer after surgery.

Don't have high ass standards for ascension if your base isn't good. It will only lead to disappointment.

You can never reach perfection, but you can significantly improve your dating prospects with the correct surgery

I admit fillers can be expensive over a decade, but you have the freedom of shaping them however (within limits) you like as well as dissolving them just in case. Also if bone erosion is real with implants, with fillers you are safe since the filler in not placed on top of the bone, specifically in jaw angles, they are placed on top of the gonion muscle.

also I don’t believe they migrate and bloat the face.
Of curse the end goal is to have a solid jaw, not having something that with a blow in the jaw will deform like dough.
also fillers aren’t for everyone, in order for them to look good you must have a good base already. With jaw implants you can change a lot more variables in your jaw.
