Lets say you can challenge a chad to a duel (fists only until KO) and then if you win you get 0.1PSL from him, he can refuse but it would extremely culturally shunned. How violent would society be?

there would be laws prohibiting it, psyops to make people be happy with their looks (way more than nowadays) and looks would be sold so basically money would equal looks.
