what im doing to get some fat loss

Well, to start this post I'll talk about my previous weight, how I got to this point (it's good that someone can prevent it), and how I plan to stop being severely obese.
In September, at the beginning of the month, I weighed 132 kg and had become severely ill, both physically and mentally, due to various careless food choices, skipping cardio, and prioritizing games over health, which led me to where I was.
How i intend to reverse the mistakes I made and lose weight.
1:
:First thing that im doing is cutting 1200 calories from my basal metabolic rate, drink water before every meal, putting a fruit and protein in every meal, drinking 6L of water and maintaining a 9-hour sleep routine (one of the things that helps the most with weight loss)
2:
:Going to the gym 5x week (upfb) doing sprints 40 min after meal, do 3x resistance training week, using glifage500 to lower my insulin resistance
3:
:Im using tirzepatide (12,5 mg) dividing into 2 applications per week, and thinking of microdosing some aromatase inhibitor, bc of my high aromatase from body fat
everything that im doing, any tips how i improve my posts or what to do to have fat loss
