I heard that high cut le fort 1 will prevent you from getting paranasal implants. Is this true? Are there any other implants will prevent you from getting in the future?

Paranasal and if you are doing it as part of bimax(lefort1+bsso and sometimes genioplasty included) you avoid chin implants.

why?

High cut lefort1 brings forward paranasal area so you don't need implants there and you also don't get the dogmaxx effect. It also changes the nose sometimes removing the bump(but it can get larger at the base). . BSSO is done to bring the mandible forward and if combined with a little genioplasty (all included in the so called trimax) a chin implant will not be needed.

really? malar and zygo implants are the EXACT SAME THING?
Both mean Cheekbones. Malar's etymology is from Latin and zygoma's from ancient Greek. Synonyms

can midface implants still be done?

Yes maybe an implant to fill the canine fossa area and give you as a result more sunken cheeks. BTW I don't know surgeons who do peek full midface implants.
im just talking implants that cover the entire midface, known here as midface implants. can you still get paranasal and/or malar and/or infra implants after you get them?

You can try to ask pagnoni, don't think they are necessary to ascend, nonetheless trying to get all of this from the same surgeon is the best option

BUMP, so only PARANASAL IMPLANTS?

Is it totally impossible to get paranasal implants after a high cut Le fort 1 or can you still get one (albeit smaller, of course) after?

I'm sure you could, just don't overdo it to stay in proportion, also you might want to consider bone grafted paranasal implants which is done in south korea.
