insisting their mishaps happen more frequently and/or are severe than yours

over competitiveness. especially in trivial things

Shut in, sleeping around, no friends, only guy friends (if girl), smiling without eyes, trying to be the center of attention and mad when not, speaks one way but appears differently or actions are different, on steroids, many tattoos, constantly interrupting others, being closed-minded, overly stubborn, not happy for other people's accomplishments ever, not admitting to small mistakes, gets defensive easily, not living proportionately within means (including living way too cheaply when rich like a multi-millionaire driving a Prius)

Combination of indulgent traits ie drugs AND sex, food AND drugs,

Visible discomfort with eye contact with everyone
