I did all of the research I could do and have witnessed one. A fucking toy maker. And sure, you can make dangerous toys. But that's about it. Having it recreate a sophisticated mesh object is out of the question unless you buy an hundren million dollar one.

Those are usually made to print a high quality models for particular reasons, as an example zeromouse project, where the shape could be manufactured way more expensive and will have NO BENEFITS than just printing it
