I do see a very big difference. His lips are still too big in the after, with thinner ones he would look like a universally handsome man and not like the homosexual alien he looks like with that mouth. Same with that Alborzian dude who ttcels love

I feel like the mouth isn't really an attractive feature in men and the ideal mouth is whatever distracts the least from the rest of the face.

at best the mouth, even if it meets all standards, is neutral.
