what is best eyebrow tint for black hair?

I have full black hair and eyebrows, and I was researching what color to tint. People said black is too dark and looks painted on, but then some say to go darker than your hair color. I have also seen people say Dark brown is good? But that doesn’t make sense. Will dark brown help make sparse black eyebrows look fuller?
