What is better? Fat Grafting or Implants

Hello, i need some of yall's opinion on Fat Grafting aswell as on Implants.

I was thinking Fat Grafting is better ROI since its cheaper but also at the same time you lose 50% of it after 6 months, its same as botox but its kinda more natural and some of it stays and its actually ur fat.

With Implants its like they put some shit in ur face and i would be kinda scared cause i feel like if i get randomly in a street fight i would need to replace them no? and its like 10x more expensive than Fat Grafting, but if your not getting into any fights and you have the money then i think Implants are the way. also they are more predictable no?

about 60% of the transferred fat survives permanently. Most of the time, when you get implants, they will fuse completely to the point where things like a street fight wouldn't be able to dislodge them after about a year. Implants will always be better but fat grafts are a viable option if your a poorcel

Valid, i still prefer fat grafting to be honest cause 50% of implants results i saw were either botched or just uncanny, and i think you need to replace implants after 5-10 years too. both are good if done correctly tho
