Genetics, many GL people have bad under eyes

absence of fat in combination with a genetic oxygenation issue in the vein underneath the orbital.

too much screen time from UV light, not getting enough recommended sleep for your age. you can prevent this by using a eye cream for your under eyes if your eyes do not get brighter if you pinch your under eyes, then that means that it’s due to pigment and you should use vitamin C you should always see what’s causing your under eyes before you buy things for them. if you pinch your under eye and the pigment goes away then you should use an eye cream with caffeine. also do cold compress where you went to them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and put them on your eyes until the spoon turns warm. you can do this. 2x a day or 3

talk to a doctor if you have trouble with sleeping because as someone that has insomnia, I understand this

it's some fluid retention issue, unrelated to this.
