i heard premolar chewing works with mastic gum, just fix your posture. its probably cucked hence your recessed maxilla. and you've probably also got a recessed jaw too

same im doing it right now, ive actually seen noticeable results. if you carry on for 6 to 12 months, i think its possible to fix the ccw, if your sutures aren't fused

chewing helps but i'm sure there needs to be adjustment on the bones

i saw a post where a guy got treatment for an overbite i think and the stress from premolar chewing helped with mandibular growth

It can but cause jaw but in 99,9% of cases it will do nothing,also even unlikely it happened to him and more likely just because of puberty because chewing has really only been somewhat linked to ramus growth

Also even it did cause jaw growth thats not the same as ccw rotation
