There are 16 in the upper jaw including wisdom teeth. My wisdom teeth havent come in yet and ive had 2 teeth pulled. That leaves 12 and my back molars are hardly visible

ironically enough those with the widest palates, also tend to the the ugliest.

anything less than 10is a small dental arch, anything more than 12 is considered wide

it depends how you look like also because i could look ugly with a wide palate and be really attractive with a narrow one
