What is considered "Wide Clavicles"

Im 5'7 ( 170cm ) but my wingspan is 72.5in ( 184 cm ), so does that mean I have wide clavicles or does it just mean i have long arms or does it mean both?? I work out and hit the gym and my shoulders look decently wide but my fuck ass waist is so damn wide because I decided to do a dirty bulk ( lol ) and now im like 162 lbs 28% bodyfat.

i tried doing the sliding door method where I stand inbetween the door and the wall and slide the door as close to my shoulder as i can, then i measured the length and it came out to be like 19 or18.5 inches I think I havnt done it in a while though so idk
