There's not too much u can do all natural. Drink minoxidil, use tret, sunscreen, get low bf, don't eat shit

The same man,other softmaxxes are weird,it’s always pulling and some cope.
Have a straight back,sit properly,eat good,chew properly and increase test levels as much as you can,including a good micronutrient content.

Good posture, sleep and eat. Maybe do some rushes and jumps
 
There is lots you should do. Workout starting now and eat healthy a long side it. This will optimize your hormone profile and you will build a crap ton of muscles at that age. It will effect how your bones look overall apart from muscles cause hormones and stuff.

Second start confidently socializing now. It's hard to break the constrains of what you have been naturally taught about socializing and how you appear, but learn now to always be confident and stop being insecure and fearing rejection or how others perceive. This will put you in a positive feedback loop to where it starts working out (despite the failures that do come with it) and you will gain innate confidence that way

Lastly, a few things to make sure you're doing is wearing sunscreen daily, trying hard in school or college because it actually does matter for the future, make sure you have proper tongue posture and finally, only make friends with people who aren't toxic or keep you down. You will most likely wait til later in life before you fully understand it, but with the right friends it makes this all better. Forget losers who try to hold you down or don't like you doing good in life. And thats basically all you can do for now.
