Okay, you definitely don’t have ideal maxilla, but it’s not abysmal. Getting jaw surgery would be totally up to you. It would improve, but imo, unless you can afford it, you should focus on your eye area.
Looks like it has more forward growth than @Sal123 ‘s and this is even considering that you’re slightly down tilted in that pic.
Look how much more your mouth “pops” from the space between your nasal base and chin, compared to his.

The thing is that isn’t always ideal, since getting hard tissue surgery after eyelid work can affect the eyelid work results afterwards.
Maybe this won’t be the case if you just got a standard Lefort 1.

Start the line at the corner of your eye, go down to the bottom of the nose, then from there draw the finishing lines for the triangle. If it's narrow like this, then it means that you have a recessed maxilla. Compared to this:

I think its not possible to get double jaw surgery with your wraparound jaw implant (because of the bsso). You would need to remove it. Lefort 1 is possible, but i dont know if your bite would be normal without the jaw movement.
Still he did the most ascending implant on the market.
