If you’re prone to getting freckles like me I would start at a lower dose like 100-150 mcg and then up the dose to 200-350 mcg.

If you just wanna get tan and don’t have fair skin then just start 250 mcg everyday after a meal (preferably breakfast) and you can up the dose until you reach your desired tan.

Note though that you do need some sort of sun exposure for it to work

MT1 is easier on moles. MT2 is more aggressive.

Dosage is 100 will upping to 250 in loading phase, then continue 250 till your satisfied with your tan. then do injections like 1-2 times per week on lower dose.
