For the last couple weeks I've been experiencing many weird changes to my body:
Please help
I can hardly look at myself in the camera or mirror anymore without balling my eyes out.
idk if this is a lack of exercise issue (I only walk lol) or me just being sick due to weather changes since I live in Canada. Also this can not be a nutrient issue as I do eat all essential nutrients in terms of proper healthy foods or proper supplements.
- I went from being able to stay up 40-50 hours willingly to not being able to even be awake for more than 6 hours after waking up from a long sleep without wanting to sleep again.
- I would usually sleep for 6-8 hours previously and feel as though i can be awake for ever. But now I'm sleeping 10-11 hours and still feeling extremely tired.
- I lost all focus and can't sit and pay attention to anything for more than 2 minutes without being distracted.
- Im in a caloric deficit and still can't lose any weight. I've been at 76-77KG and still can't go down no matter how hard I cut junk. I used to be able to lose weight extremely easily.
- Im EXTREMELY bloated I can't even get hollow cheeks even if i tried biting them under frauded lighting.
- My sinuses are getting worse and worse. I can hardly breath through my nose sometimes even though i was always a nose breather.
- My face is extremely droopy to the point I sometimes feel as though my canthal tilt is fucked. Even though me naturally its positive.
- Although I've had Pain-free TMJ issues on my right jaw since i was 14 (im 21 rn) which never bothered me. But now for some reason My left jaw is in A LOT of pain when i try to clench my teeth or tilt it to the left and right.
