I doubt it's a race or gene thing. India has alot of lawless places where no one gives a shit, no culture, no principles, nothing. Just subhumans gathered in a hopeless place and if they see a hot alien stacy for the first time they will try to rape her, at least some of them. Because that is what they will see with their eyes, and their brains will shut down.

And ofc India is a huge place with a shitton of people, so you will hear more rape news around this country. And keep in mind lots of bluepilled tourists only think about bollywood and actors like Shah Rukh Kaan and his hot Stacy counterparts, spiritualism, friendly and hygenic dalits etc... And not about encounters with gangrapists who haven't showered for months.
And since it's not allowed in heavily censored mainstream social media to talk about lots of topics the cycle repeats.
