I have a good shoulder-waist ratio, but high E hips. What is more important? How much can I subtract in SMV?

for aesthetics hip size ngl, but you can't change it so get your shoulders as broad as possible and focus on looksmaxxing elsewhere

small hips are always optimal but op has other good features in his body so that his hips dont failo him hard and he can use muscle in his favor to make his hips appear smaller
this guy here also has big hips but he has a shitty frame overall

tbh i hate my hips so i try to enhance back and shoulders more.

what's your shoulder,waist,hip circumference?

never measured tbh. But I think waist shoulder ratio should be around 1.8-2.00. I try to always cover my hips or train legs a lot so it just looks like my legs are bigger

when i sit, my hip looks retarded and imagine with that hip with thicker legs. maybe i'm wrong ?

btw, when i was around 12%body fat, everyone complimenting my broad shoulders and literally no one mention about my hips. above %12-15 is death sentence for us.
So maybe it's okay when you are muscular and low bf i guess ?

Yeah I try to get to low body fat again like when i was a teenager. Need to get 3% down then I will see if it will have an effect. We should get more muscular 100%, it adds to the shoulder-waist ratio. Main focus should be rear and lateral delts

enhance back too. i look retarded from back when i wasn't muscular. thankfully my back is naturally wide too, with ppl it enhanced much more.
