Here is a height growth method I made for you eat
3 scrambled eggs
go on a sprint do 2 minutes in total
drink atleast 1 .5 liters of raw goats milk daily
have royal jelly daily
have some powdered colostrum on a protien smoothie you mke daily
do 300 masai jumps daily
get a sleeping mask and blue light blocking glasses (put the glasses on 4 hours before 10:30 which is when you go to bed)

cope cope and cope. some of this shit might work. If you arent entirely malnourished this wont make such a big difference ffs.
 
actually there was a study with royal jelly with a group of kids who took it and another group of kids who didnt. Guess who grew the most? yeah the ones who did take it. This will %100 maximize your height dude.
If your adult height is 5'10 for example, you could hit 6'1-6'3
