ur like 12-15% range. U have good muscle belly insertions, fullness, etc. However, in the photos I can see still bits of fat on the arms ( tricep) and back. Still good physic. Mirin the bicep veins when flexed. Btw I gave a range because theres a look at like 12-15% compared to 10-12% and then etc etc.i’m guessing around 8-12% maybe?

Steroids is a start if u want. Tbh for me aslong as i keep my protein high like 1-1.5 g per pound i get bigger, but im on roids/peptides. But tbh if u get leaner it will look like u put on ten pounds of muscle because of the separation and detail in each muscle. Lean bulk is kinda cope. I only gained crazy weight (muscle /water / glycogen)when i stuffed my mouth for 2 months.how do i hit that lower bf % while still putting on mass. is it just lean bulking and excessive cardio? i want to put on another maybe 10 pounds
