What is my body fat percentage

The machine in gym said 11 percent but a few months ago it said 2 . I had to grip the handles. But even if it was 11 my abs aren’t showing stomach is flat so what’s wrong

If ur abs aren’t showing ur 15% at the least. 10-11% is dick skin shredded and you will have veins peeping out around ur obliques and hips

DYEL LARPers flocking the gym threads as usual. Abs are not the only sign of body fat%. The Rock doesn't have visible abs, yet he's obviously very low body fat. Some people just have shit ab genetics. Use the bodyfat calculators online to give a rough estimate, calipers for more precise measurements and dexa scan for the most precise analysis.
