15% probably. You have a good base of muscle though already, good job. I’m used to people looking like skinny fat rotters when they post their physiques here.

It really depends on your routine and how much you’re eating. You could theoretically do it in like a month and a half if you wanted to but you’d have to drop down to like 137-138 and that loss in mass is going to make you look weak and less masculine and offset any face gains you get from leaning out. Not to mention eating at a major caloric deficit sucks. If I were you I would stay at your current weight, eat at your caloric daily maintenance, and just go hard in the gym until you get down to 10%. It’ll take longer (like 4 months probably) but it’ll be worth it.

Thanks for your reply. I mean the 137 pound look would only be temporarily. And my smv would probably be the same if I leaned out bc of facial gains. After dieting down I am planning on doing a lean bulk because Im weak af.

I am currently eating at 1800 calories a day, when I do some home training (gyms closed at least two more months lol) 2000 calories.
And I thought you cant lose fat when staying at maintenance calories or is that bs?

Yeah I know it would be temporary but I’ve generally found it easier to turn existing fat into muscle than to cut first and then bulk. Cutting/bulking cycles are really only ideal for roiders because if you naturally cut over a relatively short period of time, you’re going to lose a lot of muscle.

And that’s definite bs. If you eat at your maintenance calories, consume enough protein, and hit the gym hard, you’ll get stronger and lean out too.

I think my maintenance calories are 2200-2300, would I lose a lot of muscle if I just stayed at 200-300 deficit?

@Morpheus

The lighting and angle are different. Can't quite compare. You do look like you dropped 1-2% from the last pic imo.
