Same as mine tbh. About 12-13% body-fat. At this point dropping body-fat percentage should be done only in the healthiest ways.

I am thinking about doing a testosterone and tbol enanthate cycle shortly. As I must still be far from my natural limit I must be able to maintain a good part of the muscle of that cycle

prob 11%. these estimates seem a bit high. Im 10.9% (lowest I can maintain while building strength) and I look like you. did a new bioelectrical impedance test for mine. I'm also a frequent cyclist (160mi/300km a week)

Edit: maybe I'm a bit leaner and bigger, but not by much. You're around 11%
