I think about 20%? Im cutting to 6% eating 1500 kcal per day.

Yeah you're around something like that or a little bit more. Cut till u are at 8-10% while gradually reducing calories as u get leaner

the pushed out stomach look might come from a dysbalance like anterior pelvic tilt. Do you have forward neck posture? Another explanation could be a weak transversus abdominis, where you have low enough subcutaneous fat so that abs are somewhat showing, but the muscle is too stretched out allowing viceral fat and organs to bulge out a bit. Can you do vacuums?
Anyway, because of decent musculature I would estimate 17%-20%. Lighting + angle is not very flattering too.

This is my daily calisthenics routine, 1 set each

Pullups
Pike Pushups
Chinups
Diamond Pushups
Body Rows
Pushups
Back Bridge
Hanging Leg Raises
Assisted Pistol Squats

Is there an imbalance in my routine causing this?

This is not about workouts.
Food is king in this matter, like very low BF can't be achieved for most people if not dedicated to proper nutrition.
