Unless you are hypogonadal (low test production) every male gets more dimorphic as they get older. It's one of the prime reasons why men in their twenties look older than boys from 15-18. Men in their twenties dont have clear signs of aging, however they have more masculinized features caused by prolonged test exposure. Broader jaw, greater skull size, more prominent browridge, smaller/ narrower eyes
