Hi my eye area feels lacking and I feel like it just looks weak in general and it’s even clearer depending on the lighting I’m a new gen so real knowledge would help

You have no idea what you are talking about. Medial canthus changes fucking nothing, are you so retarded that you can't see his ESR is the main issue? That aside, his eyes look really nice, the bigger issue is his lower third. You people really come to this website with the most TikTok level knowledge and just throw words out there to sound like you're right, lol.

Yo you seem like you know a lot more than me I was considering improving my lower third but can’t afford things like chin implant or lip lift so I was considering a lip flip and Chin filler would this fix my lower third Even if results may not be completely permanent (17 btw)

You should look into a scarless lip lift, leave at that. Haven't seen your side so unless your chin is bad I wouldn't see a point in chin augmentation. Looks fine from the front. You're good looking, I wouldn't stress it.
