Workout daily (most days lots of cardio max incline walking for long periods weight training calisthenics)
176 pounds as of today
Goal weight is 155-160
Wanna lose quick
Fitness app has me on 1900 im extremely hungry all the time today was a very light day at 2500 give or take 300 cals
Even on appetite suppressant I can easily eat 7k a day very hungry
My build isnt terrible little chubby but I workout alot and im in good health for the most part I just dont wanna keep gaining thid weight and go back to being morbidly obese
