What is my midface ratio how fucked is it, am I Adam driver long face or longer shorter? Can surgery fix this.

there really aren’t many surgeries to fix a long midface, maybe lefort 1, lip lift, obo and a marpe if the person is young enough which you’re not

The midface ratio has nothing with ur zygo width
Only ur eye spacing to nose height and philtrum length

Yeah true makes sense it can give the illusion of a less narrow face though. I get it obo is probably only real way to fix this.
