NCT bug eyes with uee and high set eyebrows ain't helping but surgery can do something but I've heard eye area surgeries are risky but you'll have to ask another user

Doesn't matter. You need to put in alot of effort to ascend even to low MTN and even your height is terrible. Honestly you're kind of fucked but if you heightmax now get 2-3 surgeries you may reach low MTN. And don't ask me which ones since idk.
