you're good. You're not ugly but also don't stand out in social settings unless you live in Italy and height mog all 5'9 italians

I think he’s talking surgery wise. If he got hollow cheeks his eyes and mouth would halo a unique look. There’s more he could do too. Also his maxilla is a bit flattish, but he’s still MTN/High MTN. OP is a pretty standard fella

I'm currently trying methods such as "zygo pushing" and "thumb pulling". (and basic skincare rutins)
