Hell no, u could disrupt the proportions of ur body and there's a chance that the surgery has severe side effects. I once read about a guy who diede because of it..

Ure not short, u have good hair and your face is not unpleasant to look, if you are also fit you could get a white gf in my opinion

5/10 facially. Not sure where you live but 5’9 isn’t too bad and certainly not worth getting LL over. What’s your body fat %? You look like you have good robust features that are hiding behind slight facial bloating. If you slimmed down a little you could probably ascend to at least 5.5. Eyebrows are a bit thin as well.
