Not retinol, u need stronger stuff than that. Tretinoin 0.1% the strongest version of tretinoin, if u care about ur skin, u will do ur due research on how to make the strongest tretinoin work. it works, u just gotta moisturize properly

Dude, so far, my surgeon said that if they don't move the maxilla forward, and only give me a downgraft, them my mandible will only be moved 7mm forward.

Do you think I need more movement on that?

Also, I'm 100% getting a genioplasty to make my chin taller and more forward pronounced.

I think if u get genio in addition to bimax, the movement is fine, at the end of the day, its to make enough movement to make the chin pronounced, but not deformed pronounced tier

Not really bro basically look the same, frame is decent height seems around 5’9 or 5’10 so your smv doesn’t really change tbh. You look better with a beard for now
