What is perfect esr?

My esr dropped from 0.477 to 0.470 during my zygomatic bone growth from testosterone. And i think it will grow further if i continue testosteronmaxx.

So what esr is perfect?

I saw thread where guy had 0,46 esr but his eyes looked too close to each other. and I remember one guy wrote that it's perfect to have 0,50. but also somebody said that 0,44-0,475 is best
