i was considering eyelid surgery and now genio after having my eyes opened (LOL!!1!1) but i doubt my face will have any major changes other than just regular aging since my puberty started kinda early
my height is definitely staying the same unfortunately

Measuring from pupils to the tip of the upper lip (as most people do it) is a bit of a cope when in reality there are other factors to take into consideration because said other factors will greatly influence the perception of the midface. In OP's case his eyebrows are a bit high set and the rest of his face is rather narrow giving the impression of a longer face. Eyebrow height and overal facial width when you include lateral zygomatic projection can greatly impact midface perception yet they're usually overlooked when judging one's midface. Not to mention profile view looks textbook downward grown.

His face is long but you said his midface is long. You can have a long face without having a long midface ratio. You also said it was a death sentence.
